Paws Pet Doors is committed to offering the very best of customer service to ensure that you the customer are completely satisfied with your purchase and the manner in which we handle and resolve any issues that you may have in association with the purchase.
We offer a 2 year warranty covering material and workmanship from the date of delivery

Warranty

To the original purchaser, Paws Pet Doors warrants its product to be free of defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery to the customer.

Damage caused by accident, improper installation, abuse or normal wear and tear, including damage by pets or others, is specifically excluded from this warranty. To claim warranty a copy of the original receipt/invoice must be presented. Shipping cost of any replacements are to be paid by the customer

Returns

Paws Pet Doors have a fourteen (14) days return policy (from date of delivery) if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase and wish to send it back. You need to arrange for the delivery of the goods to us, in its original condition, at your own cost. On receipt we will refund you the cost of the goods less the original shipping cost. Please note that once the product has been assembled / installed, we cannot accept it for return.

Damaged Goods
If you receive an item that is defective, broken or has been damaged en route to you, contact us and we will have the item replaced or repaired at no cost o you. A decision on repair or replacement is totally at our discretion. If any visible damage exists at the time of delivery, please report it to shipper immediately and report the details to us on 1300 505 613
